Vikings Swim Team Update
Registration for the CCV Vikings Swim Team is now open for the 2023 season! Please visit https://ccvswim.swimtopia.com to register! Even through practices began last week, you can still join the team!

Swim Lessons
Vikings Swim Team
To sign up for the Vikings Swim League, you must be a member of the pool. Click here to register for the team.
Cherry Creek Vista Vikings Swim Team is a fun and community oriented summer swim team that participates in the Rocky Mountain Swim League. CCV is located in the Denver Tech Center area and draws swimmers from all over the surrounding communities. It is considered an "open" team in the league which means that any family that joins the CCV pool whether in district or out of district is eligible to join the swim team. COMMUNITY ROOM
We are excited to present the brand new COMMUNITY ROOM at Orchard Pool!
RENTAL REQUESTS:
The community room is available for small community events.
Visit CivicRec to view availability and to request a rental.
Rental requests MUST be made at least 7 days in advance.
If your reservation request is approved, you will receive a PERMIT with the access code for the door keycode.
You may change or cancel your rental up to 48-hours before your event.
The Community Room has a maximum capacity of 45 people at one time.
The room is available in pre-determined BLOCKS of time:
Block 1: 8:30am - 10am
($65 flat fee for residents, $100 flat fee for non-residents)
Block 2: 11am - 5pm
($65 flat fee for residents, $100 flat fee for non-residents)
Block 3: 6pm - 10pm
($65 flat fee for residents, $100 flat fee for non-residents)
Early entry or late exits are NOT allowed - your set up and clean up time must start and end based on the BLOCK you reserve.
Damage Deposit: A $500 refundable damage deposit is required when requesting a rental. If the rental reservation is not approved, the deposit will be refunded immediately. If the rental reservation is approved, the deposit will be returned after the rental, provided that room is not damaged.

Lakeview Cell Tower Update - removed on 9/28/2023
The District has approached Crown Castle to discuss alternative solutions to the cell tower expansion at Lakeview Park to explore if a balance can be found to both alter the current design that was proposed to Arapahoe County while improving service to the community.
Residents who attended Board meetings in June and July 2023 provided comments on the cell tower expansion design as currently submitted by Crown Castle to Arapahoe County. All residents presented in favor of improved cell service. Some challenge the current proposed design as the best option for the District and neighborhoods.

Removed in early September 2023:
The Board has confirmed that the modified design is an expansion under the original 2005 lease agreement, with the cell tower lessee, Crown Castle. Two additional providers will be added within the current leased area, which will include a larger service building and a mono-pine tower that will be located to the West of the building space, to replace the current flag pole tower. In consideration for the change in design and re-location of the tower, Crown Castle will be installing additional trees and shrubs surrounding the building.
Arapahoe County zoning, planning and official notices will be a part of this approval process, outside the purview of the district and its board.
Please note, the District was obligated to adhere to the terms of the current lease agreement, which included this lease expansion option. Verizon Wireless is planning to occupy one of the new tower locations.
